Head of On-Line Marketing
Your responsibility will be for leading and developing the online consumer trading strategy. You will have ownership of the website portfolio of many high street brands, which market and sell accessories and spare parts, and be responsible for the customer experience. You will manage a significant online marketing budget, for driving customer acquisition.
You will have strategic, operational and man-management responsibility for all web marketing operations and lead a strategic overhaul in terms of how the website acquires and converts traffic to revenue. Ultimately, you will deliver increased sales to the business by improving each part of the online marketing mix in line with the long term online strategy. Candidates should have experience at both strategic and tactical level of best practice online marketing, ideally from an e-commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Implement a program of marketing initiative e.g. SEO, PPC, Affiliates
• Assess gaps between the online shopping experience and best practice
• Work with internal departments to deliver world class e-commerce
• Define and share best practice
• Look for cost efficiencies on an ongoing basis
• Continually deliver innovation in a way that improves performance and positions the company as a leader in e-commerce
• Regularly meet with clients to share ideas on developing sales
• Budget management
• Reporting to the Director of European E - Commerce

Product Manager
As a Product Manager you will be responsible for the development of the Purchase & Marketing within a nominated purchase sector
Duties of a Product Manager will include:
• Sourcing products
• Negotiate and reduce costs
• Develop internal and external relationships
• Communication of product range developments
• Product Management to ensure products are easy to find
• Improve web site sales conversion
• Up-selling of products via alternatives and associates
• Marketing of products via on-line and off-line routes to market
• Negotiate promotional support to fund marketing and sales activities
• Overview service levels and support supply chain team
• Manage overstocks by value and potential write-off lines
• Manage price files, utilising pricing team
• QUICS - manage quality issues of faulty parts, invoice price discrepancies and part number enquiries
• Analyse part number enquiry data and supplier usage data to assist in developing our product profile
• Identify product development opportunities, cost and present
• Manage your personal development file - KPI’s, key objectives and task reporting
Experience required for the Product Manager role:
• Previous purchasing experience within a buying role

This position is based in the Online Marketing team and will involve the creation, maintenance and evaluation of marketing campaigns. The role will encompass all aspects of marketing communications and the successful applicant will need to possess experience of email marketing, PR and search engine optimization.
Duties of a Marketing Executive will include:
